Director of Operations & Business Development

With over 35 years in the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry particularly in the Diving and NDT related fields, Colin Alexander brings a wealth of practical experience, knowledge and depth of key industry skills to the company. As the General Manager, he is responsible for the day to day running of all five companies within the KB Group. Coming from an offshore diving, NDT, rope access and medic background, Colin is well suited and in a perfect position to manage and lead these areas of our business. His time spent in the service supply industry has also given him a vast depth of knowledge in the ROV and survey industries.

After seven years with the British Royal Navy actively involved in clearance diving, Colin has since travelled and worked extensive around the globe (UK, Norway, South East Asian, India, West Africa, Middle East and the Gulf of Mexico) actively working in the saturation diving field, particularly in the commercial oil construction and subsea NDT industries. In 1996 he took up the position as the Operations Manager in a Singapore company hence grounding him to our local shores. He continued his career contracting to the drilling industry in the Singapore shipyards - succeeding in NDT, UWILD and Derrick Building services. With his subsequent deep experience and involvement in the running of offshore operations (including Brunei Shell underwater services program) for a large diving contractor and the management of a sales department in a renown global technical equipment rental company (diving, ROV, survey, marine and NDT industries).

Colin is undeniably an asset to the KB Group and brings with him the dedication and passion to drive the KB Group to even higher levels of success and excellence.

Head of Project Administration

Prior to joining KBA, Christine had 24 years of experience working in various Regional offices and MNCs, handled Administrative, HR & Secretarial Duties. She had served a contract with a British Aviation Company in running the Brunei International Airport from 1984 to 1987.

Christine joined KBA in 2004, and handled all day-to-day duties in the office. During her employment tenure with KBA, she has held the positions of Secretary, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant and Office Manager.

Today, Christine supports the Project Team to handle key clients, suppliers, contractors on audit work and supply of personnel. She also assists the Management in the administrative and human resource aspects.

Senior Accounts Executive

Jean brought with her more than 10 years of accounting experience with wide industry spectrum to KBA Group of Companies. She heads the Accounts Department and manages the accounts of KB Associates by large, while providing supervision and consultancy to the accounting professionals under KBA Group - namely KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd and KBA Marine Services Pte Ltd.

She works with our company's auditors and statutory boards on financial reporting, taxation and GST Returns matters. She plays vital role as subject matter expert cum key stakeholder for all accounting upgrading, modification and enhancement projects.

Group Marcom Manager

Jeslyn assists KB Associates and its subsidiary companies in the areas of marketing and communications. She holds a Double Degree in Marketing and Public Relations and a Specialist Diploma in General Psychology.

Her role encompasses formulating marketing plans, budgets, engaging and managing the different marketing media and bodies. She has spearheads the online social media strategies so as to bring KBA Group in the frontier to connect with the clienteles.

She also handles on trade events and manage the PR aspects to ensure accurate communication with an overview aim to strengthen the company's business proposition and presence in the industry.

Group Quality Assurance/Quality Controller HOD

Fazila is Head of QAQC Department of KB Associates Group of Companies. Her role is to maintain KBA's Integrated Management System as well as other accreditations, policies, safety statistics, conduct regular internal audits that promote adherence to the standards established as well as monitoring the key performance indicators.

Fazila manages the implementation of corrective action plans from internal/external audits and client/customer feed-back across the group. Trained as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 29990 and certified to Risk Management bizSAFE Level 2.

With over 20 years of working experience within a QAQC role, including internal auditing, Fazila will continue to raise the standards of KBA management system.
