Alan Millar

Alan (Dusty) Millar has been working with KB Associates since early 2004.

A qualified IMCA Bell Diving Supervisor, he has wide experience in that role, and also as a Diving Superintendent, Offshore Construction Superintendent and Offshore Project Manager. He is familiar with the requirements of both ROV and Diving activities from DP and moored vessels.

He holds a NEBOSH General Certificate, is a registered OHSAS Lead Auditor and holds a Lloyds Diploma in Marine Surveying, with specialties in both ISM and Warranty Surveying.

He has board experience as a Client Site Representative on ROV, Air and Saturation diving projects, involving both construction and IRM activities.

He has carried out a large number of air and saturation diving system audits for KBA Clients, as well as vessel CMID Audits, ROV audits and Company HSE audits.

Alan has also been extensively involved with the department of Air and Saturation Diving Manuals and HSE Manuals, for diving companies, oil companies and local Government Bodies.

Tito is UK qualified Engineer with 9 years experience in providing technical consultancy on instrumentation and calibration. With a broad experience gained in areas of the world from Scotland , India , Middle and Far East working on Integration Systems and Laboratory Setups, he joins KBA Engineering in January 2009 to provide expertise in the field of calibrations and technology development.

Having worked on Integration Systems, he has become highly skilled with variety of computer software packages and experienced in managing projects from conception to completion particularly on calibration and data acquisition.

Ronald Macdonald

Ron Macdonald joined KBA Marine Services Pte Ltd (KBAM) in March 2009. Ron is a Master Mariner holding an HND in Nautical Science & DPO certification. Ron has in excess of 24 years sea experience, 16 of which have been in the offshore sector, particularly on Dynamic Position Vessels and concentrating on the diving, construction and deep water Drilling Industry where he has served in a number of senior positions including Master. In addition to his offshore experience, Ron has a proven track record as both a Marine Superintendent and & Marine Manager of vessels for Offshore Diving / Construction companies and as a Marine consultant. These consulting activities include several years while based in Aberdeen followed by the Far East, much of the scope of his work continues to be in Europe. Other areas of operation that Ron has work in include but are lot limited to India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.

Ron's wide experience will bring expertise to facilitate and grow the existing strengths of KBAM and these shall include:-

• Annual IMCA Common Marine Inspection (Audit) CMID.
• Annual DP Trials
• Vessel Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Marine Consultancy
• Vessel of Opportunity surveys prior to contracting for diving / ROV operations

Rozani Maarof

He joined KB Access Pte Ltd in February 2009 - while looking at an exciting new opportunity to develop his career as an Access consultant and trainer. He is one of a very few experienced Mountaineers in Singapore. Having been involved as a climber in the 1st Singapore Mount Everest expedition and Singapore Latin American Mt Everest expedition 2001 via North ridge. He has recorded various 1st ascent on mountains in the Tienshan mountain range during 2005. He is an IRATA Level 3 with hands on experience in the Rope Access Industry ranging from building derricks, IRM, Jackup platforms leg inspection and repairs, building maintenance, load testing and ship hull inspection. He is a NDT level 2 for Eddy current testing.
