KB Associates and KBA Training Centre move to new facility offering new courses and KB Marine Services.
Singapore, October 4, 2008 --- KB Associates Pte Ltd (KBA) and KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd (KBAT) have now relocated to a new facility based in Changi North – Singapore. The move has allowed the companies to develop and meet the growing demand for both the Diving / Marine Safety Management Consultancy services of KBA and training courses provided by KBAT.
The new facility comprises of 11,000 sq ft of office and training classrooms providing an excellent ambience for training. KBAT have also increased their portfolio of training courses available. These include the full range of Kirby Morgan Helmets and Masks, including the latest KM 77 Model, our DSI Helmet Operator and Basic Technician courses are providing the industry a quality training course within the South East Asia region that meets the demand for the competency training and development requirements.
While being the only approved training provider for the full suite of IMCA approved courses, KBAT are now the only approved NEBOSH training provider in the region to be accredited to provide the NEBOSH International General Certificate and International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
In early 2008, the directors of KBA started the operations of KBA Marine Services Pte Ltd to meet the requirements of our clients who need the ‘one stop’ independent consultancy service for marine, diving, ROV audits and safety management consultancy. ‘KBA Marine complements our operations while maintaining the quality service our clients know and expect from KBA as a service provider’, said the representative of KBA.
KBA provides independent audits to the Offshore Oil and Gas, Marine Civil engineering works, and telecommunications cable organisations. Established in Singapore in 2001, KBA has audited SMEs and multi-national organisations in South East Asia, North East Asia, Middle East, Australasia, Europe, and North and South America.
KBA Training provides approved IMCA training courses in Diver Medic Technician (DMT), Assistant Life Support Technician (ALST), Trainee Air Diver Supervisor and Trainee Sat Diver Supervisor. Other courses include the Kirby Morgan Helmets and Masks and the NEBOSH International General Certificate, NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, and IOSH Safety Management training courses.
KBA Marine Services provides independent consultancy services in the areas of marine, diving, ROV audits and safety management.
