Colin Alexander, Director of Operations & Business Development
With over 35 years in the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry particularly in the Diving and NDT related fields, Colin Alexander brings a wealth of practical experience, knowledge and depth of key industry skills to the company. As the General Manager, he is responsible for the day to day running of all five companies within the KB Group. Coming from an offshore diving, NDT, rope access and medic background, Colin is well suited and in a perfect position to manage and lead these areas of our business. His time spent in the service supply industry has also given him a vast depth of knowledge in the ROV and survey industries.
After seven years with the British Royal Navy actively involved in clearance diving, Colin has since travelled and worked extensive around the globe (UK, Norway, South East Asian, India, West Africa, Middle East and the Gulf of Mexico) actively working in the saturation diving field, particularly in the commercial oil construction and subsea NDT industries. In 1996 he took up the position as the Operations Manager in a Singapore company hence grounding him to our local shores. He continued his career contracting to the drilling industry in the Singapore shipyards - succeeding in NDT, UWILD and Derrick Building services. With his subsequent deep experience and involvement in the running of offshore operations (including Brunei Shell underwater services program) for a large diving contractor and the management of a sales department in a renown global technical equipment rental company (diving, ROV, survey, marine and NDT industries).
Colin is undeniably an asset to the KB Group and brings with him the dedication and passion to drive the KB Group to even higher levels of success and excellence.

Jean largely manages the accounts for KB Associates and oversees the Accounts Department encompassing KBA Training Center, KBA Marine Services, KBA Engineering & KB Access.

Fazila Bte Abidin
Group Quality Assurance/Quality Controller Executive
Fazila oversees the QA/QC function of both KB Associates and its Subsidiary Companies. She ensures that all company's documentation is maintained per Quality Assurance policy, and establishes QAQC targets and indicators of performance. She also conducts internal audit to constantly improve and maintain company's work procedure and work processes.
Fazila is trained as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100, Lead Auditor for OHSAS 18001:2007 and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified - assisting in several new start-up projects including proposing new ideas for continuous improvement to overall QMS system.
She have had more than 18 years of MNC working experience in an established aerospace company with good knowledge in Quality Management System and more than 10 years of internal auditing experience with extensive background in documentation control.

Jeslyn assists KB Associates and its subsidiary companies in the areas of marketing and communications.
Her role encompasses formulating marketing plans, engaging and managing the different marketing media and bodies to strengthen the company's business proposition and presence in the industry.
